Due to the nature of handcrafted product, return is not accepted.
Each journals are made on order, and individually handstitched and handcrafted, processing time 7 - 10 days.
We offer standard shipping via SpeedPost Mauritius (EMS) which cost 22 pounds and Shipping takes around 15 - 20 days worldwide depending on the region and the custom clearance process of your country, shipping might take lesser than 15 days.
We also offer Shipping via FedEx at 47 pounds for fast shipping which takes around 5 to 7 days or could be less depending on your country customs clearance speed and fee.
UNFORTUNATELY, WE CAN ONLY SHIP TO USA VIA FedEx and custom clearance fee are beyond our control.
Please note that some countries require a custom release fee which are beyond our control, please be sure of the fee amount from your post office before ordering.
